Stressful! Highliglights overheated/ were producing steam. Had to wash the highlights out 3 times whilst still applying. Never had this happen with previous stylists. Also cut my hair shorter than requested. Colour was good but not worth the anxiety!

Sam cut my daughter's hair and did a fantastic job! She is a professional and humble lady who took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable throughout the entire session. Sam checked in with both of us regularly to make sure we were happy with each step of the cut. We truly appreciated her patience and care.
