The haircut was nice. What’s brought my rating down is the fact that we had to wait about 25 minutes despite having an appointment, because there was a customer who wasn’t happy with her haircut. The entire time the hair stylist was trying to deal with the dissatisfied customer whilst my daughter and I were just kept waiting. In this situation a colleague could have dealt with the other customer and our appointment time could have been respected. It made the experience negative for a while.
