I went to the Ilford branch of supercuts for my highlights to be refreshed. The lady doing my hair did not communicate with me before putting brown dye on roots I had no time to protest, my lovely highlights are now no more. I asked for a thin whispy fringe showing her a picture twice of the desired look to ensure no misunderstanding. I ended up with a full thick fringe, I went home and cried. It cost £130 to have my hair totally ruined. My email has also been ignored.
