I had 4 missed calls in the morning from the salon as they wanted me to come in earlier but they didn’t leave a message. They obviously gave my appointment to someone else. I got an email at 11 am saying they wanted me to come in at 10:50 instead of 11:10! Very poor communication. As it happened I pitched up early and didn’t mind having an earlier appointment but what if I had come bang on time only to be told they would not do my hair as they had given my slot away? Very unprofessional

Had a fantastic experience, Najoua was welcoming and professional and was able to give me advice on how to manage my hair and what cut would work best. Hairwash with products that helped my hair (with more advice) while in a massage chair. Very happy
