Had clearly made plans on how to operate appropriately in times of COVID and staff we’re being diligent and working together to improve arrangements based on experience with the first few customers. Quick and efficient wash and cut, even when dealing with hair that was unkempt and when previous cut had not been done professionally.

£35 to cut my daughters hair! Katie just did a rough hair dry after cutting my daughters hair and fringe and said it’s finished!
Usually at a different hairdressers they at least blow dry her hair and take time. Katie was in a rush to finish.... I would pay £20 but not £35. Very over priced for someone whose not very experienced! She was friendly though!
