Najoua was amazing and very kind. She did a fantastic job with my hair, I will be back to visit her. However, my arrival was a bit unwelcoming. I had an appointment for 9 and the salon did not open until after 9 and the lady on reception was not very polite or welcoming. Did not even apologise for keeping me waiting or even say hello! She just asked if I had an appointment then said sit down.
