Stylist wasn't ready at the appointment time & I had to wait an extra 30 minutes. Stylist didn't pick up that I was uncomfortable (I suffer with anxiety) and didn't notice I was obviously in pain from the position of the wash basin. With no discussion, she moved my parting off to one side, cut my hair accordingly then dried with adding some curl & didn't seem pleased when I set it right. Normally my hair feels great for several days after, but it had faded and was dull within 24 hours.
