SURPRISED BY EXTRA FEE £10 AT TILL FOR STYLING ON TOP OF BLOW-DRY CHARGE!!!!! A very nice blow dry by lovely Tina, but I didn't appreciate being surprised charged an extra £10 at the till because Hair Straightener was used. I didn't request this, it was the stylist's decision, but at the till the manager advised I had to pay extra for styling :-( they need to tell you in advance of extra chargeable services and I couldn't see £10 styling fee on the advertised Price List.
