I had a fabulous experience today having my hair coloured and cut. I picked the salon as it is a open area. I’m quite intolerant of the chemicals used in salons and I normally look worse going out then going in!! So I keep my haircuts to a bear minimum!
Karmen was exceptional, attentive, conscientious, gratuitous and a absolute whizz of a hairdresser! Best cut I’ve ever had! I skipped out feeling amazing! Instead of having my hair done once a year I will now return every 6 weeks! Thank you!
Hair Colouring
The salon was so cold (one of the other hairdressers was wearing a hat to keep warm!), I had to wear gloves and have my jacket on my knees. I had to ask for a heater which I got but it was tiny and made very little difference. I was left 45 mins with wet hair while the toner was on my hair and I was shaking with the cold. No one even asked if I would like a hot drink! It was a terrible terrible experience! Health and Safety should be called in to investigate, for both workers and customers
