This was my 1st visit with my young daughter and although Luis wasn't in any way rude or bad at his job I felt unhappy when we left. Reasons- they were running late by about 10 mins and I felt our appointment was rushed to make up time. My daughters hair was left wet at the end and when I asked him to dry he said something along the lines of it'll spoil the style? I didn't feel Luis was very child friendly, he could have smiled more and spoken friendly to my child, he came across a bit grumpy.

Love this salon but my hair this time been leave with huge patch of dark roots behave my neck at both sides hopefully next time will not happen this error

Iram was lovely and made me feel very relaxed...I didn't say anything to her but I actually hate getting my hair cut normally and get anxious but it wasn't an issue as she was so nice. Thank you
