Booked online. When arrived on time, still had to wait for over half an hour. Seen this lady once before for dry hair tidy up and trimming my ends with front layers and I was very happy. On this occasion she struggled to make it even on both sides and blamed dry cut for it despite doing it before without any issues. Atmosphere in the place was poor and uncomfortable. Every walk-in was turned away despite lots of apts available online (as seen about 1.5 hours before when booking my apt).

I had a great haircut with Maria. I had long hair and cut it to shoulder length. I really loved her work, and this is my third time at the salon. I would definitely recommend it
