Anna was lovely. Cut was for my 11 year old daughter. She went out of her way to engage with her. Also gave great advice re how to manage her hair, and took the time to teach her how to blow dry her fringe. I would say she went above and beyond. My only issue is with supercuts itself, charging full ladies price for a child’s hair cut is a bit steep.
