Shut! I arrived for a pre booked appointment to a closed salon. No message or contact. I tried messaging and calling but nothing. Wasted an hour of my life and 20 miles of fuel. So disappointed

I went in with photos of what I wanted done, I came out with the worse hair cut I have ever had. The top did not blended into the sides it was like she just cut round a bowl, even the back was uneven. Nothing close to the photo. Had to go elsewhere to get it sorted. They were shocked with the cut I have received.
I would never go back to the saloon and I would warn people to stay away.
