I popped in as my usual hairdresser was poorly and I really needed a haircut. I have had Michelle before so was happy for her to do it. Her colleague was very unprofessional on her mobile the whole time I was there, Michelle had to leave doing my hair to assist a customer as the other lady was still on her phone. I am really pleased with my cut and would go again but only to Michelle. I think the company should look at this other person and how they treat customers and their colleagues.
