I pre booked infill appt and when I was leaving I was told to pay extra £5 for the cat eye gel I chose. You need to tell your customers if something is costing extra before - not after. I wouldn’t have chosen it otherwise.
Hygiene standards are low.

I urgently needed a BIAB for NYE and Sunshine Nails happened to be exactly next door to my place, so I booked an appointment on the day and had my BIAB. No waiting time, as soon as I arrived, I was offered a seat and had my nails perfectly done. Very efficient and professional service. Thank you!
