Third time customer and today they were off their game. My pedicure was done by a trainee who did not know the steps and even forgot the wax oil massage at the end. The nail technician also did not follow instruction and ended up cutting my natural nail shorter than I had asked. Like I started off this review, hopefully the issue was only today. Will book for end of September and will post another review.
