This was my first time visiting and the salon felt welcoming. My appointment started on time and I went in for a BIAB infill. During the appointment, another client came in for a repair due to chipped nails, which in hindsight was concerning. The initial filing on my nails wasn’t great but after I pointed it out, she corrected them. Unfortunately, within just 3 days, my index finger chipped. I’ve had BIAB many times before and this has never happened. Won't be returning!
