Usually the other 3 nail tech’s have done my nails in the past, this lady has done my feet once and was fine before but on this occasion doing my hands and feet she took too much skin of hands around the cuticles which I said to her too much has been taken off she replied “you have too much skin” it shouldn’t be taken off where it causes the skin to sting. I wasn’t 100% happy with my hands nails shape, my feet were fine.

Ok for basic colour, extension, BIAB but more complicated designs they can often execute very well. Everyone is nice even tho sometimes it can feel like they rushing the service so finish isn’t always consistent

It’s ok however they sometimes seem to be very impatient and give impression like you really inconvenienced them with your visit. Choice of colours is bit narrow after a while. Also prices on Treatwell aren’t quite clear. For example I booked acrylic infill which for me should have a basic gel colour calculated in the price- I obviously won’t just get acrylic infill without it. But when it came to paying I had to pay £8 on top of £25 for acrylic infill to cover gel nail polish…
