Anna told he I had booked only arm waxing when I had booked arm&underarm. I only got the underarm waxing. Then it took her 1.5 hours for a classic manicure. When I complained that it takes a long time she replied that I had booked a full manicure (normally45 ). The pedicure was fine but I felt belittled in the overall treatment as a customer.
