I like the shape and length of the nail but unfortunately the colour came out really bad. This was acknowledged but I had to pay someone else to redo the colour :( Would have been nice to have an offer to come back the next day to change it.

Feliz was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I was a little nervous as it was my first time but she explained the whole process and made me feel at ease. She made good conversation which distracted me. And she did everything so quickly that it was hardly painful. Would defiantly recommend as she was very thorough and great customer service. I look forward to my next appointment!
