I filled the form in before the massage and they clearly didn’t read it as they didn’t focus on certain areas i had asked and didn’t leave certain areas alone that i had asked. I’ve come away with my shoulders still feeling tense. The room was also cold so I couldn’t feel like I could relax. I hope it’s a one off as I’ve been before and it’s been lovely.
