The massage itself felt good at the time, the after effects not so good, the massage was on Sunday, not long after I left I got chronic lower back pain, its now tue and I have been of work 2 days now with my back, personally I think a bit more advice on the type of massage before it starts would be good, I did say at the beginning it was first time I had been for a massage.
