As usual great. Deep tissue massage really gets into the knots. Highly recommend this for anyone who has niggles and knots.

Second visit and even better than the first as I had the 1 hr sports massage and there was a bit more pace to the treatment.
It was really well done and the pace and pressure were perfect. I still nearly fell asleep but it was really invigorating.
