Indian head massage with no products (no oils, gels, moisturiser) and full body massage which involved pressure being applied through a towel. No skin contact whatsoever. No consultation pre treatment and clients before still putting their shoes on in the hall on the way out. Indian Head Massage was vigorous finger brushing, hair being dragged to the point I was wincing and a lot of hair loss afterwards. I would 100% not recommend and will not ever be returning.
