I was very impressed with the speed of the manicure and pedicure and such great value.

Was a little disappointed with the finish of nails and was rushed..had to reshape nails once home as they were all wonky and misshaped.. luckily I knew what to do as use to be nail tech. Reason I went is my daughter had hers done and were lovely .. her ombré was great. Mine not so great.
Also through treatment lady had to keep taking money or answering phone.. she did apologise but this did annoy me . Showed my daughter and she said what have they done. Can't see the White much of the ombré .. may come back and have a second go.

As usual they knew nothing of my booking. I understand that they are foreign but they make no attempt to talk to the customer at all & carry on talking in their own language (very rude) - even to the point of taking the micky out of a customer because no one wanted to do her feet - they did not know that i understand some of what they are saying!!! Overall not a good experience & expensive for what it is
