Told me about the difference in price after she'd already cut my nails down and started to apply the tips. I expressed my unhappiness at not having any choice but to pay the extra. She stopped talking to me from that point, except for:
Told me off for touching my face.
Was visibly impatient because I couldn't "relax my hands".
Told me off again when I looked at my nails before they were finished.
Told me I could go before both hands had fully dried, I now have pockmarked nails on my left hand.
