Tracey was amazing with me. She explained well my pre-booked request as it was not described at all in the app. I was not familiar with this “Full set extension” and I thought it will be gel included, however one of the ladies was only shouting “if you add £10 you get gel” but not bothering to explain anything. I am glad I decided to go with Tracey as she made me feel more comfortable and I ended up having a good experience with her!
