Beware this is one of those salons that allow you to book online and then charge you more when you arrive. Saying “you only booked for normal polish and not gel” when there’s no option for adding on gel so why would I think it’s any additional? AFTER my nails were done, she said it’s 20£ EXTRA GOR GEL! after already paying 50£ online thinking my service was done and paid for. Will never go back to this salon. 70£ for a take off and new set short nails, no design nails is insane to me.

Started 15 mins late as they prioritise phone bookings over Treatwell. Tech got up 4 times to answer the phone and make appointments, causing delays
