My first experience of the parlour wasn't great, upon entry the manager was too busy ordering his lunch to acknowledge me. When he did he let me know the massage therapist was running 10 minutes late. But in the end as she was occupied doing another customer's nails it made her 30 minutes late for my 60 minute massage. The treatment room itself was a bit cold and I could hear conversations outside in reception which meant I could not fully relax. The massage itself was good.
