I really don’t like to leave negative feedback but in this instance unfortunately I need to. I had a booked slot. 5 mins before the time I requested I received an email to inform me it had been re-scheduled to 30 mins later than I had booked. This was too late as I was already on my way. No real apology when I got there- just informed they were running over time. No offer of a courtesy drink or a free session next time as an apology. After 40 mins waiting I finally got on.
