Made a nail appointment, I arrived on time. Only after waiting 10 minutes I was told
It would’ve be another 5 minutes before they finished a client….. 35 minutes later They were finally ready for my appointment. There was no explanation or apology for making me wait and wasting my time. Not impressed!
