Elena was amazing with my two boys. Super friendly and chatty but also technically brilliant, she listened to what we wanted and tamed my 12 year old's massive thick mushroom shaped hair into a smart, stylish cut which he is super happy with and it doesn't stick up everywhere like a pineapple as soon as he sleeps on it :) We will be back!
