The state of the venue was awful. Flies everywhere, one landed on me during my haircut and I couldn’t get it off my face. No conditioner on the hair wash. The venue was empty when I arrived, no staff present and mess everywhere. The hairdryer shot sparks and almost set my hair alight. The actual haircut wasn’t awful but the experience as a whole was pretty horrible. I will not be returning
