Honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. I’ve seen sports physios, osteos and “high-end” therapists before (the £150–£160 a session type), and this guy is genuinely on that level. The place itself was very clean but it was the actual treatment and his knowledge that stood out. He didn’t just do a generic deep tissue massage.. he actually assessed my body properly. He understood my biomechanics & how I move. He used a mix of deep tissue, different pressures, proper mobility work. 10/10
