Lauren was amazing, very friendly and lovely personality. You could tell she is a professional at what she does because it didn't hurt at all and she talked you through everything she was doing before she did it.

The staff there are very friendly & welcoming. They always make me and mum feel at home, wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatments.
