The salon did not seem to be aware of my appointment, I had booked using the Treatwell app and the salon did not seem to appreciate bookings via Treatwell. I was made to wait over 20 minutes while being told it I would be seen "in a few minutes". I offered to leave and requested a refund which the salon said it could not action, that Treatwell needed to action the refund as I paid via Treatwell. I tried getting hold of Treatwell but they take over 24 hours to reply & did not refund either

Was overcharged for a combined manicure and pedicure, the combined price was more than the price for the separate treatments. Treatments were very quick and basic, the treatment was advertised as 1hr45min, I was rushed out in 1 hour, very little care taken and certainly not pampering.
