I went for classic manicure but the description was of the treatment was not clear at all. The polish peeled off the next day, lasting less than 48 hours.It was very disappointing. however, the nail art technician was nice.

I had my haircut done by Lilli, and she was very professional. She gave me exactly the style I asked for, and I absolutely love it! It was a great experience.

The salon did not seem to be aware of my appointment, I had booked using the Treatwell app and the salon did not seem to appreciate bookings via Treatwell. I was made to wait over 20 minutes while being told it I would be seen "in a few minutes". I offered to leave and requested a refund which the salon said it could not action, that Treatwell needed to action the refund as I paid via Treatwell. I tried getting hold of Treatwell but they take over 24 hours to reply & did not refund either
