Asked for a trim all the same length with no layers. She must not have understood me because I now have layers I didn’t ask for. She didn’t show me the back of my hair before leaving the salon so I didn’t realise how bad it was until I got home. My hair is not the same length and had jagged layers of uneven hair. Will not return and will get it fixed somewhere else.
