I had an appointment and later rescheduled it for a few hours later. When I arrived, they refused to provide the service and said that I had canceled and had not booked a new appointment, claiming it did not show in their system. However, I had received a confirmation email. I was shocked by their behavior and the way they treated me, and I will not be going back there again.
