Unfortunately the hair dresser went completely against what I was asking for (cut fringe way too blunt and short). Annoyingly, she tried to talk me into the hair style before, during and after cutting my hair. I told her about 20 times that I don’t want it that way. Fantastic that she has an opinion about what she’d like on me, but I’m the one who has to walk around with it. Didn’t offer a refund even though I clearly disliked it. Didn’t want to cause a big scene because there were other customers in the room but it would have been a nice/professional gesture.
