I came in to bleach my roots and freshen up my blond colour.The service was lovely, however my roots are now very yellow (almost orange) and the rest of the hair are blond. It doesn’t look nice and I’m quite disappointed.

Lovely wash and head massage and a great haircut from Carmen with lots of advice on my hair followed by a stylish blow dry all in an hour :) Would definitely go back! :)

Probably the best wax I’ve had in 3 years of living in London! Alina was really friendly and made me feel at ease the whole time. The wax was very thorough and not that painful. I’ll definitely be returning.

There is always a warm welcome at Sunflower and Carmen is caring, quick and efficient. I felt quite safe in their salon - important as I am at moderate risk.
I was so pleased to get a cut and feel tidy again. the cut was great and continues to look good.

If there was an option to leave no star at all I would use that. This was by far the worst haircut I have ever had. Carmen firstly did not wash my hair, didn't ask or listen what I wanted her to do, made comment like 'customer think they know the best' and cut whatever she thought she should do in 10mins. She ruined my hair and the experience I was looking forward to have after lockdown. Bad attitude and not listening to the customers would not take her far. Avoid at any cost!
