I booked a deep cleansing facial but unfortunately it was more of a gentle cleanse and massage. I guess it was what you'd expect for £35, but I would always appreciate if the beauty therapist would ask about any specific skin concerns. Also, there was no proper extraction, although some was done before steaming which I certainly wouldn't do myself. The staff was nice and the salon ok, not a very relaxing ambience. Wouldn't recommend the facial for anyone with problem skin as didn't help with congestion.

The staff were really friendly here and it’s a lovely salon. My only negative comment would be that the lady left all of the used wax strips on the bed instead of throwing them away so when I had to turn over they all got stuck to me! Otherwise a fantastic wax and would recommend.
