Isabela is simply AMAZING! Super professional, quick and I never feel any pain. She makes me feel at ease by talking to me. I seriously cannot recommend her enough. The wax she uses is really good because it is hot wax so it leaves your skin super smooth and does not irritate it or leave you with ingrowns like many other beauty salons do. My hair starts to grow around 3-4 weeks after the wax which is exactly what i have always been dreaming of but never experienced before coming to this salon :)

The perfect blow dry. The staff were attentive and thorough, and gave me an extra conditioning treatment for my frizzy curls. Will book my next visit soon!

Received a dry cut which was not a blunt cut that I wanted and was given layers. Also was offended several times by calling her hair incredibly thin, and asking if I was a mummy to be. Which at 5ft 6 and weighing 9 stone 10 is rather offensive. Will likely have to get my hair fixed by someone soon.
