I just went in for a trim and blow dry. The service was generally fine - the blow dry didn’t make my hair as smooth as usual but it was fine.
I had booked a medium length cut thinking this was applicable but Carmen said my hair was “long” - I asked if she could still give me the cut (just a trim of the bottom, no layering) and she said yes but kept telling me repeatedly why i was wrong to book medium, including comparing me to another customer. I found that uncomfortable.

First time I have been to Sunflower Beauty Studio and first brow lamination - I love the results and will definitely be going back. The staff are extremely friendly and professional, love how my brows look. Definitely recommend both the studio and a brow lamination for bushier brows.
