Hello, Beautiful Soul! If you're looking for a down-to-earth and knowledgeable practitioner and curious about somatic energetic healing, you've come to the right place. My training has taken me across the world from India to Mexico, and I specialise in working with energy. The highs and lows that we all feel fascinate me, and my true passion is to help others normalise listening to their own ever-changing bodies and emotions. All practices I offer aid somatic and energetic healing (yes, even facials!). Sessions can range from being deeply relaxing to allowing for emotional releases (coin-dropping realisations, allowing space for unresolved emotions to surface), which result in achieving more peace and healing for the body. Tucked away in the heart of Marylebone's Manchester Square, you'll find Sunday Rituals - Marylebone Healing Arts Club; this monthly pop-up healing space offers a quiet pause from the pace of London life. Expect soft light, grounding scents, warm linens and deeply personalised care. Whether you’re seeking emotional reset, energetic clarity, or radiant skin, these sessions work on both the physical and subtle body for results you can see and feel. This is not a spa conveyor belt! This is trauma-informed, slow and intentional, one-to-one healing. Available one Sunday each month. Limited appointments. Treatments include crystal energy healing, Reiki and somatic bodywork, holistic facial rituals (gua sha, facial massage, lymphatic drainage, natural skincare) and deep rest and nervous system resets. Come to reset. Leave lighter, clearer, and glowing.

Bond Street Station is just a 2-minute walk away. Please note that the room takes up the top floor of a townhouse and there is no lift.
