I booked my appointment this morning for a cut and blow dry this afternoon. Booking was quick and easy and when I arrived at the salon I was warmly welcomed. I had to bring my seven yr old daughter along and rather than her sit in the waiting area, Carmen kindly invited her to sit near me. This was a nice touch. Carmen is a highly experienced and skilled hairdresser. She listened to exactly what a wanted from my cut and communicated well throughout. I would highly recommend this salon.

Beyond upset with this booking. Only 2 people working despite lots of books. Waiting 20 minutes to be seen despite booking. The beauty therapist who normally does hair did my eyebrows and has completely ruined them! They now look bare and over plucked, when I complained I was told they look different because I wasn’t in natural light?! This used to be my favourite salon but I won’t be returning. Just don’t bother booking here
