I got full face threading and it was my first time with her. I have gotten threading multiple times but I had a really bad experience here. She was very rough with her technique and left multiple areas of my face red and sore. I also have a small thread cut under my eyebrow. When I called her to tell her this, she was very rude and didn’t even apologise
