I was made at ease as this was my first Brazilian wax..and it didn't hurt at all... lovely lady..the room was clean and warm most of all I felt comfortable and will be going back.. feeling so smooth lol

It was my first wax and honestly it wasn’t as bad as I thought. The process was relatively quick and Z talked through the entire process so my mind wasn’t completely on the wax. End result was clean and absolutely no hair was left
