Rushed my treatment didn’t pay much attention, looked a bit fed up, didn’t even check how hot the wax was it was burning me. Not all hair was removed.

I have never ever had a Hollywood wax that painful. They used strip wax for the whole thing and didn’t even pull in the right direction. I wanted to stop but felt awkward. They didn’t get everything and I was in so much pain after.
