While the cost of the service is of good value, it perhaps shows in the standard of care taken.
The eyebrow threading was excellent and the Hollywood wax was thorough & quick, but insufficient after-care.
However, I would definitely not recommend this salon for hair colouring. The salon owner is not good at listening to what the client wants or in taking constructive criticism. I paid £50 for a full head of highlights with a base colour change & I was left with a large inside section of hair lacking highlights, barely any highlights on the lower section of the head & an overuse of toner which meant the highlights started to blend into my base colour.
I also had within my roots, toner bleeding into my highlights leaving some of my roots orange.
The subtleties of highlighting may have been lost on the owner as I had very stripy, blatant highlights within my T-section.
To top the whole experience off, I was left with brown hair dye all over the back of my t-shirt, as the "bib" used to cover my neck was the same size as a tea towel.
It really was not a pleasant experience and while the salon owner offered to put in a few more highlights the next day, I did not want to take the risk of more grey, orange or yellow stripy hair and more ruined clothes!
I have photographic evidence of all of the above statements & I found that the standard of care & proficiency was severely lacking in this salon.
I had to re-pay for a professional salon to take care of the mess my hair was left in & I also footed my own dry cleaning bill. I found the owner refused to address my complaints professionally & I was left disappointed & upset by my experience here.

The stylist was late to the appointment which wasn't such an issue as I was too (!) but its pretty awkward when you get there and the salon isn't even open. My hair looked great by the end of the appointment and I'm really pleased with the way it looks - thank you! You did a great job! The only shame is that over the last few days since I've had horrible pain in my neck and lower head which I'm pretty sure came from having my hair rinsed.
